Pressed for time but still have to cook dinner? Then try these Open Faced Tuna Melts. Quick, Easy and filling.
What you’ll need
1 or 2 Cans of Tuna (Albacore wild caught)
1 TBSP Mayonnaise (can substitute with Avocado)
1 Tomato Sliced
Sliced Cheddar Cheese
English Muffins or Bread of choice
Seasonings of choice (I use the Mrs Dash line as it has no salt in it)
Chop and mix Tuna with mayo or avocado,
Add in spices of choice and mix well
Slice Cheddar Cheese into thin slices
Slice Tomato into thin slices
Toast bread or English muffin just slightly
Add Tuna onto toasted bread
Add Tomato slice
Top with Cheese
Place Tuna melts on baking sheet lined with non stick foil and put under broiler until cheese melts.
