Paleo Breakfast

Hi everyone, 

I can’t remember if I shared this recipe with you so I thought well, best to post it just in case. If you’re looking for a healthy, easy breakfast idea then try this one. My husband loves it. 

What you’ll need:

1 Banana

1 Apple of your choice

Handful of Blueberries

Crushed Almonds

Almond Milk

Directions: 

Peel banana, wash all fruit. 

Slice up Apple into chunks

Slice up Banana into desired thickness.

Add everything into a bowl

Add crushed Almonds

Mix well

Add Almond Milk

Top with a little cinnamon

Enjoy!
