I found this recipe on one of the many many blogs I read and today I made it for the first time.. It was SO easy to make and it looks delicious!..I thought I would share the recipe for anyone who would like to try this.. Lots of pictures for you too..
1 Lb Ground Beef or Turkey ( I use Turkey because ground beef well, it grosses me out)
In large skillet cook meat until well done
Next, cook Mashed Potatoes. 2 to 4 servings should do it.
Line round ungreased pie pan with premade Pie Crust. I used Pillsburry
When meat is fully cooked add in 2 Cans of Vegetarian Vegetable Soup to pan and mix well.
Pour meat and soup mixture into pie crust
Top with Mashed Potatoes
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. In the last few minutes sprinkle Shredded Cheddar Cheese ontop to melt.
Once cheese is melted remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.. Enjoy! 🙂

When meat is fully cooked add in Vegetarian Vegetable soup to meat and mix well.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
In the last few minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let sit about 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
